Logo Use and Guidelines

The name, marks and image of the University of Florida Healthy Gator 2010 logo, and its slogan: “Orange and Blue – A Healthy You,” may only be used in a manner that positively promotes the University of Florida and cannot be used to imply or suggest endorsement of any product or service not provided by the university.

The logo is copyrighted and protected by law. Colleges, divisions, offices, centers, other units of the university, or outside entities must obtain written permission to use the logo, and/or the slogan. Questions about the Healthy Gators 2010 logo and slogan and their application should be addressed to Dr. Jane Emmerée, chair of the Healthy Gators 2010 Programming/Communications Work Group, 352-392-1161, ext. 1-4281, or emmeree@ufl.edu.

The Healthy Gator 2010 policy is designed to carefully control the use of the logo and slogan to avoid confusion and improper and unauthorized trading upon the committee’s and/or the University of Florida’s reputation. Use of the Healthy Gators 2010 logo must comply with the guidelines set forth in the following Logo Use Guidelines.
